I stopped by our local dealer today to order some parts for the Z6. They had the new 500 HO EPS in there. I have to admit that it looks pretty good. Had the dealer offered to trade, I may have been bringing it home. I was told that demand has been very high and they are having trouble getting them in stock. If the quality is there, they will have a winner with this one.

I saw one at my dealer a little while back as well and they're a great looking machine.  I've watched some videos on YouTube of it and it looks to run pretty strong, but I couldn't understand the opinions because they're in different languages.

I'm betting the rumored 1000cc machine will get these styling components if they make an ATV with the 1000cc engine.  I'll go ahead and make a thread dedicated to the upcoming 1000.

I'm back from hell.
Ride was good, people great, x550 wellllll. Lets just say that was the first time in 20+ yrs of riding i have ever rolled a atv.
Ok, so was my first outing and here are my thoughts
The suspension is hard needs some good shocks
The front suspension is out of wack heavy v making it very tippy.
lights are to weak for night riding.
The motor is strong and pulls great,
Transmission is second to none
Power steering is a must with any tire size over stock, this thing is heavy in the off road.
brakes are good
seating position is nice and comfortable all day, could be little softer.
Fuel consumption is ok, even with the rest of the pack.

Overall I think with a few changes to the basic setup, this is a very capable unit.
I will be back with another update as I will make some tweaks and go out this weekend again, this trip with be about 500km of heavy offroad.

It was a good trip, the craziest trek I have ever been on.
This weekend will be a little less crazy.
Come over , we can get you on a ride.
I will be doing a x800cc test next month.
I haven't beat one for a while now. Time to do a quality control check.
Next month is also a big factory meet up, Hoping to get a try at the new 1000cc
I'll update whats allowed out of the bag.

Thanks for the invite. I wish I could go but it's too far for me. Work has a plant in ayutthaya. I don't see them needing me to go out there, but if I do, I will have to stop out for a visit.
