Cforce 550 2015year maximu rmp 4500 PROBLEM

Hello Everyone.
I have a problem with cforce 550 2015 year. when in speed it can not go over 4500 rpm. when N is running normally and goes to maximum speed. in the drive to overpass over 4500 rpm I have to press the button above the left handbrake to switch 4500
