Just purchased a 2015 cforce 500 ho. It only has 927 miles on it. It wouldn't start when I got it. I replaced the battery and starter relay/solenoid also put a new plug in it. Everything cranks but won't fire. Drained the old gas in it and put fresh gas. Still no fire. Took the plug out and it was bone dry. So I'm not getting fuel. I unplugged the fuel pump and took my multimeter at the connector and it said 2.02. I'm assuming it's like any other wheeler and should have 12v? I found the relay panel and have no idea how to test the relay and see if it works. Also found this little plug not sure if it needs to be unplugged at all. I absolutely hate electrical and trying to track down electrical.

So if anyone on here is in the St. Cloud MN area and wants to fix it let me know other wise any advice would be helpful!

Make sure the kill switch is working and not corroded-up. It kills power to the fuel pump and ignition systems. I might have a service manual for it if you need.

2.2 volts implies an electrical issue someplace. Weak/high resistance  contacts at the battery? Weak ground? Bad regulator? Ignition switch? Short circuit?

Will the pump turn over if you put 12v to it?

A good mechanic should be able to troubleshoot such an electrical condition fairly quickly.
