Hi can anyone diagnose what this problem could be please check my video.  Light on Lcd flashes and I lose power when idle and out and about I have changed spark plug and airfilter and oil change but that's not worked can you help please.

Does it only occur at idle?  If you turn the key on without starting does if flash an error code?  I know nothing about the CF550 and I'm taking a wild guess here.  My guess is a dirty or sticking idle air control valve.  While you are in there clean the temp/manifold pressure sensor.  Just a wild guess.

MIL Light..the red light that starts flashing just before it dies...says something is wrong with the FI system usually and in your case because it dies pretty fast I would say fuel pressure drops indicating a problem with the fuel delivery system..probably pump or electrical connection or even the filter having water in it would do it. So, test the fuel pressure and volume would be my first act.

I'm thinking Idle air control valve.

Yes when I turn key on light will flash will try get a video of it. And also yes it loses power when running also

Doesn't sound like the idle air control valve if it dies while running above idle.  I think the key is to record the MIL pulses when the key is turned on.  It would be awesome if you could plug an OBD2 reader right into these things.
