My 500 HO EPS stopped working. Light is blinking code 32. Says reinsert power wire to motor. Where is the harness located? Anyone done this before?

It just means main power to the unit is off-line. Check the EPS fuse first, then just start at the EPS motor and trace back the wires to the first connector. Take it apart, flush it with contact cleaner and inspect, then re-connect.

Where is the fuse?  I don't see an EPS fuse in either fuse box? Inline?  If so do you know where?

Most because of the power requirements of the EPS don't run the supply through the fuse block. Rather they use a separate fuse all by it's self off of the battery. Control power is still through the system though. Start at the battery and work forward. Get the manual. It will help.

Very early 500HO eps had the fuse in the small black fuse box. 2016-ish and newer, there will be a inline fuse with one end connected on the battery side of the starter solenoid (under seat, left side frame rail)

That fuse was fine. Tested for power going into the ecu and that was fine. No power going out. Ordered a new ECU
