CFMOTO Warranty Registration Question
« on: August 31, 2016, 12:00:56 PM »
Hi All,
Is the dealer supposed to register the ATV with CFMOTO or am I supposed to fill that information out and send it in??? I brought my unit to be repaired at a different dealer now they are unable to be reimbursed for warranty until the registration has been completed.
Thank You all for your help. You have been wonderful!
Kevin

My dealer did it for me but if you have the card, better fill it out and sent it in.

Dealer did mine as well.  I believe they are supposed to do it, but maybe that's just what most do knowing that they will probably benefit from it on day. But if the dealer you purchased it from doesn't service , then maybe they just didn't fill it out.
In either case, it NEEDS done.

I guess CFMOTO HQ in Plymouth MN contacted the selling dealer to get this done. Hmmm, I just looked up the purchase date close to the end of April 2016, Maybe this is common to wait 4 months to register an ATV? If I never had an issue It really wouldn't have mattered, right?
Thanks

Don't think it's " normal " things don't wait to break until the paperwork is done. Lol
