Ran into one something like that when looking for used CFMs. Turned out to be an overseas scam.

WHAT!?!?! You mean English isnt that scammers first language?  Someone should report him so that scammers in our own country have a fighting chance.  That foreign scammer is stealing the stolen money right out of our local scammers pockets!
