Custom lift bracket

Built me a custom lift bracket for the rear to straightin the shocks and lift it more. Haven't done the front yet but going to. O and it's on a c.f. moto 600 can build more just hmu

How much body lift did you gain and at what cost to the ride and handling ?? Just wondering if straightening the shocks makes the body roll more extreme ??

Well it had the 3 in rzr lift on the bottom I took off so whatever that was plus 2 3 in. And the reason I say what ever those brackets were bc I came straight out instead of out and angle up. Now I only have the shock adjusted ab 3in down so I can feel more roll but the shocks are softer along with pressing the a arm down instead of the shock been at so much angle. I'll post more pics later

nice bracket. It's a bit confusing to me you say it is softer. It would make more sense that standing the shocks more upright would make them act stiffer since you are asking for more travel out of them to absorb the same bump.

Yes they're softer only bc I had them fully extended without the bracket but I haven't fully adjusted them out yet

Watch your CV joint angles.  The cups on these dont allow for much angle on them before they bind and break.  Also any more softness you feel in the suspension is all in your mind.  You stand the shocks up more it gets stiffer.  Thats a basic law of suspension (unless of course you change to softer springs or take preload out of the existing).  Im not saying you did something wrong.  Just pointing out a known weakness in these axles and a basic law of suspension. 
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

Like Chud said, be aware of binding that can occur with the additional lift. I hate to generalize on this one, as all units are different, but I find it best practice to not go over 2" of lift. Anything over that, 3" and up, can cause your axles to bind and prematurely wear. Limiting straps will correct this, but they also need to be installed properly, and it can get very expensive in a hurry for only an extra inch of ground clearance.

Standing your shocks more upright also reduces your wheel travel. I like the idea you have but what I think would be an improvement on the idea is to rather locate the mounting hole for the shock lower to keep the same shock angle rather than moving it out.  Awesome to see people making their own stuff though! =)
