Man that's terrible. Well I know why ours do and have cured mine...and am about to help Jogon30 cure his.

Is it a fairly easy fix?? surely u will post a how to video....u r the one and only NMKawie after all 

When my FiL bought a new '11 Sportsman 850, he was going over the first after-purchase inspection schedule with them, for oil change, bearings and whatnot. They pointed out that Polaris recommends new bearings after 100 miles of riding. He laughed, saying to the guy "Hey, I think you meant 1,000 miles, since we routinely ride 100 miles a day in the late Spring or early Fall". The salesman said, errr no, we recommend it at 100      He had over 2,000 miles on his Arctic Cat 300 when he sold it, still on its original bearings.

Over its six month warranty, the power steering failed twice, and after the second time, the rear bearings were loose and squeaking just like the Polaris in this video. And they wonder why I don't want to buy a Polaris too !!!?!

Bobbed06, Yeah..mostly it's a pretty easy fix. Do have to remove the a-arms though but these are simple enough...especially on the back.

We doing it soon I'm picking it up today brand new shock! They also said they found lots of air in my brakes.

Cool. Now we don't have to do the brakes.

Polaris are known to have about the worst bushings in the world.  Then if you mount a GoPro to the cage it just makes it that much louder to the camera and it carries through the cage to it. 

Yes they squak pretty good. To get rid of it you have to pull it apart and grease it by hand. This only lasts a little while. There is a ton of Delrin bushings available for them and they are well worth it.
