Some video from Blasting about in the empty reservoir, this is usually full as per the attached google earth picture and is used to irrigate the surrounding rice fields,
It has been unusually dry the last year so the reservoir is the lowest I have ever seen it, hoping this rainy season is a very wet one for the farmers sakes.
