These were just sent to me, so I thought I'd share!

These will be $4499, have steel wheels and will NOT have a winch. These are scheduled for dealer-delivery aprox. Mid-December.

If you look at the spec sheet, you will see the HP & Torque are almost identical to the 500 classic.

I am wondering what cv-tech primary  they chose to use. Trailbloc maybe. That would be awesome if they did. Some of the people we ride with and myself are in need of a 2up. The 500HO is at the top of my list for now unless they have the 400 two seater when I go shopping. The 400 seems like a good machine and I think it will fit nicely into there lineup.

At least in the US, there will NOT be a 2-up version of the 400. The CV-tech clutch is the secondary, like the rest of the CFMoto units. The primary is a CFMoto unit.

I had a CForce 800 in, and let me tell you... if you have the extra cash, go for it. Its big. Its fast. Its awesome.

Cos,
Ours have have cvtech front & rear
I was just in the factory for some meeting and take some techs for training, nothing was said to use about cfmoto home brand dry drive clutch.
So I'm pretty sure you guys will get Trail boc drive clutches.

That's what I was thinking because they claimed the 500HO had  cv-tech clutches for both. If someone confirms this it would be great to post it in the 400 category for the new or future owners. The trailboc is a very nice clutch and would be happy to have one. Maybe I will look into a wet clutch delete for my z6

I have also checked the online cataloge from factory, No other option is given for x450 drive clutch other then CVtech.
0GRB-051000-00030    cvtech drive clutch/with engine brake.
It's the same clutch as x550

Yes he is correct, I verified this with our online parts catalog. My apologies. We had been told otherwise, but it does look like the primary is CVtech.

The secondary, how ever, doesn't show any notations regarding it being CVtech. Any way for some verification that it IS in fact a CVtech?

Might have to pull the clutch cover and check. I'm guessing they won't give us the model they used but cv-tech has there models on their website. I think the secondary is a lp3
