« on: April 09, 2017, 07:52:21 PM »
Does anyone know where all the grease points are on the zforce. And how much grease to add?

The only grease points they have are the a-arms and rear knuckles. Add enough for it to just start to come out.

How are you getting to all of them?  The ones on the rear knuckles looks like the wheels have to come off to get at.

Pretty sure I got to all mine without removing anything with the flexible hose end for the grease gun.

I replaced mine but before I did that I use one of those side-slide ends on the gun. It usually leaked..but was better then nothing.

Thanks.  Any idea what size they are?  Are there metric and standard?

Sorry, never had to replace grease fittings, didn't know if they made both metric and standard ones.  Honestly, just wish we'd all go metric and be done with it.

Yeah it would make it easier. So I bought these 6mm 90s then some 45s and straights. Think these will hit on some of the a-arms but work OK on the knuckles except as I recall, I had to take the end out of one so I could spin it around then reinstall the end...something like that.

So I ended up buying just 2 of the 90 degree fittings for the rear knuckles and that worked fine (local hardware store had them, go figure).  And there was no f'n way I was going to be able to hit the stock ones without taking the wheel off.  I also noted on the front a-arms they had 45 degree fittings which made no sense since you could easily get to them with just a regular grease fitting, so I put the ones from the rear knuckles on the front a-arms.  The chinese....I swear.
