Engine rattle, it look's like at long last I have found the source of my rattle, the chain tensioner on the front cylinder had no preload on the spring I have refitted as per the manual and all seems ok at the moment  :)
2015 Zforce 800, Dr Pulley weights and sliders, Dobeck EJK, Innovate Motorsports AFR gauge,
Custom exhaust outlet, Ramair foam air filter, Led light bars, Modified air intake, CRD a-arm guards
