Dear Friends, hopefully you can give me an answer to my dilema. Have a ZForce 2015 that cranks, has spark, replaced fuel pump and injectors and still will not turn on. Compression is at 128 and 127. Replaced gas. Throttle assembly does suck air in. It's a 2015 shows no codes. I'm puzzled any suggestions?

One common problem is the the engine speed sensor AKA crank position sensor. However usually when it has a problem you won't have spark when cranking or any pulse of fuel on the injectors when cranking either. How have you verified you have spark and fuel at the injectors? Another common problem is they jump time so check the valve timing. 

We checked spark with a spark tester. We checked injectors by taking them off and see them spray. Fuel pump is working. Therefore doubtfully it is the crank sensor.
I will check on the valve timing. How can we check the proper valve timing and can I have the proper valve clearance.

Just check the valve timing as per the service manual. Usually if you have spark and fuel and air, you will have detonation...unless the valve timing has jumped.

Unfortunately, we do not have a service manual. Can you guide us as to where to find one? Is there any link in this forum that has one or has the specs? Or do you have a PDF, that you can attach here? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Great! What was the issue?

Timing was off.

IF it jumped once it will again. There were a few hundred built that the chains didn't match the cam sprockets and all jumped time at one point or another. An updated parts numbers were issued to fix the problem but in means buying the timing chains and the cam sprockets..and tensioner bars as they will be damaged. Pull the valve covers and look at the top of the chain and sprocket. If you see a gap between the chain and bottom of the tooth line in the pic below...it will jump again and if it jumps two teeth...the piston will hit the valves and then that's it...rebuild time. There should only be a few thousands between the chain and the bottom of the teeth. Not as much as you see there.
