Sorry I do not...I always thought the 14-17s all had the same fuse boxes but my 15 has no fuses around the relays, they all are on the box on the column. And I never understood what "Signal Control" was exactly. What quits working when it blows?

Everything

If you're driving and the fuse blows, the engine cut off and everything will lose power (dashboard, lights, etc).
It's like secondary main fuse, but only 15A

I have what is supposed to be the wiring diagram for the 14-17 ZFs and that fuse supplies power for all the relay systems from the key switch. Below is a link to my copy. Download it and use it as a guide. Somewhere after the fuse is a short...or a bad relay. Good luck. Link will expire in a few days so download it soon.
