Z force 800 wet clutch
« on: May 21, 2022, 05:52:42 AM »
I want to check the wet clutch on my z force 800 but I don't want to miss something crucial.
Does anyone know of a good YouTube video that explains it?
I've looked and have only found drive belts and pulleys etc, nothing about wet clutches.

To get to the wet clutch requires a partial engine dissemble..as in not just the CVT cover and clutch removal, but the next case cover removal as well. I know of no YT videos doing this but I will be on the look out. In the meantime the service manual has most of what you need.

Would you happen to know all that needs to be removed to be able to access and remove that back case besides the cover and prinary and secondary?

People do it in-frame so it's just the bolts after removing the clutches. The manual will be of great help.
