You should have noticed about an 1800 RPM increase after 8mph. Either the clocking isn't correct or you have the same issue Chuddly had with his spring..defective.

Well, you would have to know the before to compare with the after RPMs...and I don't think you took any before readings. But like I said..a general increase of about 1800 across the board with B2 over B1.

To answer your question on rollers. Stock is 25g. If you want the rpm that the CVT is going through it's range, than you go lighter with the rollers. Too light and the primary won't close all the way and top end is gone. 24g. Is a safe one to try. 30x18 is the size if you want to try the cheaper sets off eBay ect. to experiment.

They have an odd shape. They slide instead of roll and are some type of plastic and brass. They claim more range in the CVT but they are twice the cost of regular rollers. Your asking reminded me that I had some 24g. Sliders I don't need so I put them in the for sale category.

Since I am the guy who found the "spring issue" I guess i can chime in on that.  I found that on my machine (and I suspect several others) that the stock spring lost some of its springyness and the clutch change settings had very little effect on the machine if any.  I only found this after replacing every part in clutch one at a time LOL.  If you order a new stock spring they are slightly different but work MUCH better.  They are ~$30 so its not a major purchase.    Here is a link to the thread I made on the issue I found.

I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.
