The original belt on my 2015 800 ex was a bando (that's what it looks like it says) and the replacement belt I bought from the dealer is a Mitsuboshi. So did cf moto change manufacturers or does anyone know what's up. The belts look very different in design. The new belt works great but confused about the original bando belt.

There is so much talk about this its not even funny so I'm also wanting to know the truth maybe my boy Emerson can pitch in on this which belt can we use I remember you tested a few and you said some didn't work please please tell us I'm about to order one but would not like to pay 300 bucks come on I need my Coors light money lol

Nope sorry bud but your wrong ! Yes they will work, but are not the same @emerrison tested this and he found out the the after market belt drop in power if I'm not mistaken this is the reason I have not ordered a replacement they say "dealers" oem is the best. If there is something out there that can make the same power and is close I mean really close let me know buddy.

Hope he chimes in but he sizes of the belts were different and caused drop in power I'm sure this is correct @emerrson am I right?? If not I'm sorry !!
