Same place you check the level. It's a bit of an annoying process. CF Moto includes a funnel and piece of hose and a collar for the low end of the hose to slip into the fill hole. You take out the passenger seat, remove the cover behind it and take out the filler plug, I do it with a slotted piece of dowel or you can reach in awkwardly from in front of the passenger rear tire. Good luck.

The engine oil is filled from the dipstick hole. And both the front and rear differential will have a plug about 1/4 the way high. The gear lube should be even with the bottom of the hole when on level ground.

I use Castrol 4T motorcycle oil 10/40. It's what I use in my motorcycles because they have wet clutches. But when it comes to oil preferences everyone has there own opinion. Just as long as the API rating is SG or higher you'll be fine. As far as the grease, I would say anything you can put in a grease gun should work. I use heavy axle grease.

My rear diff. has a hex bolt. My front diff. has an Allen head bolt.

I started using Red n Tacky too...really like how it stays on surfaces...like the a-arm bushings..and I hear it's good wheel bearing grease too. Hope so..just did my camper's with it.
