Wheel adapters maybe?
« on: April 27, 2021, 01:54:51 AM »
So I have a 2017 zforce 800 ex and a 2012 can am commander 1000. So the question i have is, has anyone put wheel adapters on. I want too buy can am take offs for my zforce  (they are cheaper in my area) and they are 28 instead of the small 26s that come on mine. I want to change from 4/110 to 4/137 bolt pattern. I'm looking at adapters now, but I wonder if anyone else has done this and if so could guide me in the right direction. Thanks

I'm sure they make them. I have my best luck on ebay. Here's one set but..you must conform what centering style the Can Am wheels are...either lug-centric or hub-centric and weather you will need the hub-centric lip on the adaptor. Remember that yours is 4/110 lug-centric so you will not use the lip and will use the tapered lug nuts. This set looks to use the flat  lugs on the 4/137 side but has no lip..so..a bit confusing. May be just how the photos were shot though.

Okay that makes more sense. I did some research on those terms. Thanks so much. I'll definitely keep that in mind while looking.

Has anyone else tried this yet? I got my adapters in the mail and will try it this weekend. Just curious if I'm the only one?
