My tyres are soon going to need replacing.
I don't have the luxury of a trailer so I need to drive to different green lane areas, some are a hour away.
This wears on the tyres really hard.
Does anyone in the cfmoto forum world know of a hard wearing tyre for the road that's also good in muddy conditions?

Maxxis Bighorn radials are a good tire.  NOT the 2.0 version, though.  Those are soft. 

I have probably about 3k miles on my Bighorns - a mixture of hard road, gravel road, and trail riding.  The fronts wear a bit more, but I think I have an alignment issue.  I'd say they are about 50% tread still.  Very usable. 

Get your tires balanced.  That should help quite a bit with premature wear.

Yeah the BH's are about the longest wearing tire there is. Not the best in mud but better then any street tire. There is no off-road tire that will also last long on pavement...just like there is no street tire that will also do well in mud. Two very different designs. Might be advantageous to get a trailer if not for saving tires, but saving the wear and tear on the machine.

Another vote for Maxxis Big Horns. Although mine are the 2.0 version, they still wear great. I have them on my 4x4 John Deere gator and we haul trash to the dump site down a paved road a couple of times a week and have done it for years. They still look new. They are good in the mud and great in the snow.
