Finally bought the OEM turn signal kit. I installed the switch and front signals (flasher was already installed). Both front lights worked and blinked at the same rate.  Installed the rear lights. Right signal blinks at normal rate. Left signals blink at least 2 times as fast. I inspected the blinking lights and all LED's are lit. I pulled the flasher and installed the new one that came with the kit. No change (didn't really expect any). I unplugged the front turn signal and the rear left still blinks fast. Normally this indicates a bulb out but all are blinking.  I'm stumped.

Any suggestions/ Solutions??

Check that one on that side doesn't have the power and ground switched.
