I appreciate all the help NMK,  this was the first time ever reclocking a clutch.  Actually there's been a lot of firsts with this machine.  I just hope after breaking a couple of fins on the primary that it doesn't cause any issues, I found a replacement for $159 on ebay if it does.
Thanks again.

Well...it will be out of balance now and that will effect the bearings on that shaft and possibly the engine's main on that side. I think I would replace it asap.

So after putting 2 inch lif,, 29inch tires, reclocking to B2, breaking primary side with bad spanner tool, and then replacing with aftermarket, I finally had a good road test.  I noticed I had a lot more punch in low and it didnt wind out at 20mph.  That I liked.  But in high I noticed I lost that initial take off punch.  Onc going I'm good but at the beginning it has a slight lag.  I also noticed little more belt smell.  Is this all normal with all the changeit or is there some concern?

With one with a wet clutch system the belt is always engaged so there should never be a burning belt/rubber smell. It would mean slippage. If you used the old burned belt..don't, get a new one. Any time you shell a belt..it's glazed and must be replaced asap. Also check that the clocking was done correctly. Many have placed the spring pins on the B2 (or whatever) positions but failed to twist the helix to set it on the ramps..which means no preload at all..less then B1 and the belt will slip if that happens...and mostly while starting so it would feel laggy as it slips just starting off.

I feel like  I twisted the helix and set on ramps correctly but did not replace belt.  The dealer put that on before I changed anything, and it would send a smell on high takeoff.. what new belt would you suggest?

Belt recommendations can be found in the information center. I would use the Ultimax. I'm thinking if it was burning the belt with the other setup, there may be something wrong with the secondary. Of course putting a glazed belt back on would cause it to slip...and it would need to be replaced..but why was it doing it in the first place. Inspect the sheaves for any damage areas.
