Will 28x10x14 tires work good front and back on factory wheels?

You can mount them and some do run them like that but know that you can not expect to have the same diameter tires using different width wheels. So if you do...never drive on pavement and hard pack in 4wd because one end's pinion will be trying to turn at a different rate then the other...and when locked together..that's a recipe for a broken diff case...and its usually the front. On soft stuff the slower one will tent to slide or skip. Now we aren't talking a big difference... like 1/4" or so..but that's enough that stresses will build up and get released ...somewhere.and it's usually a case coming apart.

So I got set of 29 inch Bighorn 2.0 but they are 8ply that came off of a Can Am.  What would I need to reclock transmission to for 2019 800ex?

A 10, 32 and 36mm sockets with torque wrench & extensions, spanner tools that can hold the clutches, a spring compressor and cir-clip pliers. Better set it to B2. Watch the videos in the How-To section.

So on the primary, where are you putting spanner tool to hold clutch in place?  I'm building my tool today but that has me puzzled.   Don't want to break anything..

There are three or four round holes near the outer edge. Build one that will hold it at any two. Across from each other is best but not necessary.

On the 800s, yes, they both are right-hand threaded meaning to the right to tighten from a 12:00 position. The secondary is the one that's usually the toughest yet both are torqued the same, 82ftlbs as I recall. I go a hair more, like 84 and for go the loc-tite.

I tell you what, when the dealer put on a new belt they must have tightened the primary so dang tight. My impact won't break it and I'm using a breaker bar and am lifting the back end up.  Broke two little fins on the outside of primary trying.  This thing is a beast but I. The wrong sense.

I'll tell you a story about mine. It was only a couple of months old, never been in water or mud. Wanted to re-clock it so needed to pull the clutches. The primary was easy but the secondary wouldn't budge. Made a bad-ass HD spanner to hold it, used a 4-foor cheater bar on break-over bars and broke both of them...one was a Craftsman..not a happy camper. Tried heat, days of soaking in PB ,WD and LW. Nothing. My little impact only put out about 300 ftlbs so I bought an air impact that put out 1000ftlbs and cranked my compressor up to 160psi. It took it and heat to finally knock it loose. I almost gave up. Now because of the smaller 3/8 hose and the extension I used I figure the impact put out only around 6-700ftlbs but still...daaamn!  Not only had they use some kind of F'ed-up Chinese lock-tite, but it was completely rusted and fused together with the secondary's steel hub. That's why at the end of my install video I say to use just a little grease on that nut..all over it.

Bought ab1000lb impact and finally got results.  Got both off no prob.  Opened up the primary and noticed the rollers had wear on the edges, see picture attached.   Am I in trouble?

It's fine. Rollers don't really roll between two fixed surfaces that well, they slide some. Be sure to clean up everything well...and NO lube. You can rub on a little graphite but make sure NONE gets near the belt and sheave surfaces. Otherwise leave it dry and clean.

So the whole reclocking has got me kind of second guessing myself.  So i turned the plate with the shoes clockwise from 12 position until the ramp of the helix goes on the correct side of shoe?  It felt like I went a bit over 38 degrees..
