Tighten this Tighten that!
« on: August 05, 2015, 02:02:44 PM »
I can't believe that every nut and bolt that I could find needed to be tightened! I certainly hope that this is not an unwanted welcome gift or upcoming events from CF Moto?

I found a few on mine too. Be sure to check all the a-arm bolts and don't go over the torque spec. Some others found too late theirs were loose and it egged the holes. I caught mine as soon as I got it home. The good news is that everything is staying tight.

What torque specs are on the A arms? Where did you find all the torque specs to begin with if you don't  mind me asking?

NMKawierider uploaded the full service manual and it can be found here for download:  http://cfmoto-forum.com/800ex800/zforce-800ex-service-manual/

If you have questions about conversions on the torque specs make sure you scroll down and read my post with the conversion chart.

Thanks again NMKawierider!

Most of my bolts have a paint indicator.  So far none of my paint marks moved.   Nice to just look to see if they are loose.
