No but I know they are a rack and pinion system which have a little different rod and end system over the rest. What type of trouble are you having? The end at the wheel knuckle should be fairly easy. The other end at the rack...well that's under a boot I believe.

I haven't done a Cfmoto yet, But I have done many others. The outside, just take the nut off and use a puller to push the tapered joint out. then if the inside ball joint is ok loosen the jam nut and thread the rod out of it. mesure the overall lenth of the other side and make it look the same to get you close. Then do an alignment. If you need help with that let us know.

It's not fun. We replaced one on our demo. Take the boot off first. It's similar to the older Ranger and RZRs where the tie rod is serviceable and removable.

I wish it did have a jam nut. I've got the putter end off but couldn't get the inner off (there is no just jam but and threads that would be to easy) was afraid I'd have to take the boot off and I didn't want to do that. Emersonsc did you put a factory setup back on or find something aftermarket or maybe something from a different manufacturer that would work

Well got the tie rod off but then found that the shaft in the steering rack bent as well. So went from being a $40 tie rod, nuckle, and tie rod end to being $180 for all that plus a new rack. So glad the rack was only $140 I got to looking and the ones for the newer Honda pioneer run $300. So glad it wasn't worse but don't want to have to change this stuff out again it's a pain. Here's some pictures. I'll take some more of how I got it all back together.

At least your getting it done. Just be thankful that your machine didn't have a Can-Am emblem on the front. I have spent more for way less. There part prices are not that bad. I priced out parts before I bought mine.

The rack is ok, but the tie rods are different lengths on th Z6 Z8 and EX
the CFmoto rack love to bend just like yours.
FULLY recommend a upgrade.
Measure your ties and email super to get the right ones.

Do these share any other chassis items with the RZR S 800? Lifts? Interior Accessories?

The RZR S 800 looks a LOT like the HiSun 800 too. Maybe more so than the CFMoto units.
