Can you measure the threaded area? And get a thread count? Although those look uncommonly course.

You can get inline thermoswitches from hot rod shops or off road shops, then just use a pipe plug to eliminate the cf moto sensor. Or just plug the hole and wire it straight up to a switch. Either way, this problem is an easy fix.

I'll take mine to work tomorrow and get the exact thread pitch for you.
Just changed mine today. Dealer sent the new one direct to me.
Seems all fixed ..... AGAIN!  However, fan switch has been ordered as well. Lol.

Thanks. I am looking for quality aftermarket parts for these to avoid going with the OE stuff. Bobbed06 has a good point. There are a number of in-line hose adaptors that any number of sensors can be used including a fan switch of your choice.

It's better to change the thermoswitch to the older style switch partnumber 0010-135000

Until there is a new update from the factory

The only thing to change is the electrical connector.

A 3/8 npt pipe thread is what screws on perfect.  Tried a 3/8 brass fitting today like a glove.

Threads are a 1.50

OK, Thanks. Odd, I thought it would be metric.

I measured pitch, got the same thing. I've been a slow in response as I had to get a new phone, had a note 7 so I lost all my pictures. I'll post the measurements as soon as I can. I ended having to get a new switch from CFMOTO. It definitely different though, slightly different end shape for the probe and different manufacturers stamp as well.

If you zoom in on the gauge you can see 1.50.
The 3/8 brass fitting I tried at work spun on like it was greased.
Fastenal has enough things to try. Lol

COM. Lo publique en otro post.
