I think your next mod need to be the wet clutch delete.. After that i am sure your ZForce will be as fast and even more than before the lift and big tire...

I don't want a WCD. The wet clutch is one of the reasons I picked a ZForce over a Polaris. Dry clutches are great for speed and getting power to the ground fast. But, for technical riding, all they're good for is burned belts. Wet clutches are much better for the rough stuff.

I can testify to that, my friends have destroyed belts in the same mud holes that I fought through.

Does anyone know what kind of set up Maverick's have? Couple of friends ride Mavericks and they run through belts even worse then early model Rzr's did. Not to mention they run extremely hot.

Far as I know no Can Am have wet clutches. All have the standard "Belt-Slammer" CVTs.

If you have seen the size of the clutch pack on the CF, you Will put a wet clutch delete very fast !
The clutch pack have the size of one in a 125cc motorbike...

Also, the engagement is smoother with the delete kit.

I think I'll keep mine for a while. I ride with guys with Yamahas and Suzukis with wet clutches getting 4-8000 miles out of their belts and guys without like my Brute getting 1-3000 miles out of belts. But...you are right in that Kawasaki never went to a wet clutch on their ATVs because of the size they needed to be to hold up to the power. It would have added another 5"s to the engine's width. However they did do it to the Teryz SxS ..and the components are noticeably larger then the CFMoto's. If I toast the wet clutch, the delete kit will be on order.

On sled with cvtech clutch it very common to see 10,000 km with one belt... A sled have 2-3 Time the power of our UTV .
On my CF, the belt cover dont go too hot. I will only see with time if the belt wear too fast but just for the faster reving engine the wet clutch delete worth the try..

All Can-Ams and Polaris's have dry clutches. They are both very hard on belts. My brother had a RZR and I've seen him have to use low because the belt would slip in high, just because the front wheels where in a small hole. It was a place I wouldn't have even thought about going to low. Wet clutches are hands down better for technical riding.

Got the EJK and Uni on. I went with the factory settings which are supposed to be for simple exhaust and intake mods. It seems to have lost some power. It bogs on bottom which probably means it's too lean. It doesn't feel as peppy at higher speeds either. I try any new settings because it was late. What settings do some of you run at around 1000 to 2000 ft. with similar mods.

I'm starting on my snorkels now. I started taking things apart today and deciding on a design. I think I'll eliminate the stock air box for a more direct intake route. I'll add some other type of filter box. I'll figure out the rest as I go.
