Snorkel Twins
« on: October 05, 2020, 03:17:15 PM »
I finally finished both snorkels after a year of tinkering around.  NMK was a big help with his videos and a call or two (I'm sure he doesn't remember me).  I have included links to each item to give a starting point to finding all the things needed.  I'm happy with them for now.  May do something else over the winter, once snow starts falling.  BTW - I am a terrible video guy.

Nice work. For me I found that the CVT side can plug-up pretty fast sometimes but the temp gauge I installed helps me catch that before the heat gets to the belt. The fan just helps for a couple more miles. But like yours its pretty fast to get apart and tap-out so not bad. I cuss it sometimes but it sure is nice not to have all that build-up in the belt box and warn parts.

Your help was invaluable.  I appreciate all the time you have put into these machines.  Now if I could only do videos like you!
