Thanks for getting back to me so fast! Real big bummer though. These things seem to be getting more and more elusive. Do you know if any of the other manuals that reference the same engine (2v91w) would be able to help?

Any chance you have access to the service manual for a 2021 zforce 800 trail ? I'd gladly donate for access to it!
It seems that this model has its own specific version of the service manual that's labeled CF800US-A specifically for years 18-21.

CFM had a hissy0fit about posting links to free manual in open forums. So it was removed. However I can and still do send PMs with download links to those who donate at least 3-dollars to the forum.

Well...there is almost no difference between the pre-2022 wet-clutched 800s all the way back to their introduction in 2014. The only real differences are with the chassis and electrical systems...such as the EFI and the now standard P/S systems. I could PM you a link to my zForce 800 manual for the 2014-2017 if you like. Better then nothing.
