Hello guys. I am trying to track down some fan failure issues.   Fan has been on a toggle for a bit now and worked fine.  Let it sit for around a month or two and had a few random issues pop up. 

My fuse lid diagram is no longer user friendly.  Anyone able to post a picture of a better one to reference?   I have looked at a few threads and saw nothing DIRECT for what I need.  May also help some others.  Thanks!

It should be the 15 amp next to the 10amp. It will have Blue/Red wires in and out. See pic:

Awesome.  Found out headlights weren't working.  None of my fuses were in an order like that but I found the bad fuse for headlights.  Still no luck on fan.

They really are a simple system. Should be pretty easy to find the problem. You either do or don't have power to the line side of the relay and either do or don't have power to the coil+ side of the relay, and if yes, then is the thermoswitch closing when it should and providing a ground or not. If all is yes, then that leaves only the fan motor. Is there power to the fan motor when both the relay and thermoswitchs are closed and if so.. and the motor isn't running, is it's ground is good? If yes, then it's a bad motor.
