Title: Rear control arm bushings
Post by: Twztd on September 22, 2018, 07:42:03 AM
So I put my bracket lift on and noticed I have a lot of movement in the rear control arm bushings if I shake the rear tire from front to back. Does anybody have this same problem? I was going to order new bushings from Alpha, but they will probably do the same thing in a short time... Any suggestions?

I replaced all mine with ASR Delron bushings for the 800 RzR and custom fit nylon wear washers on all to end that issue with all the bushings. The vid is in the how-tos.

Nice! I'll take a look see at your video then. Is there a site you used and roughly about how much did you pay for the kit? Thanks for the heads up!

If you get the full kit for the RzR 800, the ones for the knuckle have to be adjusted for length...and all have to be glued-in as they don't fit tight enough...although I knurled mine most people won't be doing that..still, needed to be glued in to seal. The nylon washers I got off ebay...I think there is a link there.
