radiator fan thermo switch

Thanks so much to everyone who posted and contributed to the cooling fan thermo switch! We went to the big horns over labor day wknd. Z started over heating. Fortunately, I had read your posts, and had put a small jumper wire in my glove box just in case. Everything you guys posted was spot on, and the jumper wire did the trick!!! Not only got me back to camp, but I was able to salvage a fun riding wknd. You guys rock. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's great! Yeah after all the issues I even put in a bypass switch..just in case. I am told the replacement thermo switches are better quality.

I'm glad you were able to get it back. I had to do the same thing to a friend's 800 trail a couple weeks ago. Did you go the big horns in wyoming? If so that's my neck of the woods.
