I have a2018 800 trail with 1200 miles.  I have had the Alpha 2.0 doors since day one.  They squeak so badly that I have to find a solution.  I think the issue is the door latches.

The below link is to the door website.  Check out the latch system they have going.  No matter what lube I put on any part of the latch it squeaks.  So annoying.  Also, has anyone tried Dynamat to quiet the doors?

On my Rodden doors I was able to take that pin out and slip a piece of nylon tube over the area the latch rides on. That and adjusting so nothing else touches the latch stopped my squeak. I have had to replace it twice now it's worth it. As I recall the last time I put a piece of rubber fuel line and spun it on my drill press so I could sand it down to fit the latch as tight as I could but still work smoothly.
