2023 Z Force 800 Trail.

I'm shocked!!! I'm allowed to modify her rig!!! She usually say's I'm not allowed to touch her rigs, but my wife is interested in stepping up the tire size on her rig. She wants me to put my KRX pull offs on her Z Force. I know this would be quite a step up (31x10x15), but she wants the clearance for trail riding on our property. She wants to be able to clear the small limbs that are always on the trails, "besides I think it would look great with them".

So here's the questions. I know I would need adaptors to go to the 4/156 KRX wheels and tires. Her rig will probably never any harder trails, it's mainly for her to drive around the property here. Anyone else made this step up. I'm not even sure I could go this big without a lot of changes.  Who would have the adapters I need?

I'm not 100% sure about the Gen-2s but I know on the Gen-1s you can't put 31s on a trail..not even with a lift and spacers without bad rubbing. 28s will rub without the lift under certain conditions. With a lift..and we advise against it on a trail version, 29s is it. Besides the power loss would be astronomical...enough that clutch tuning would only help with about 50% of the loss. And she would start going through belts, clutches and maybe axles and tierods. Tell her she would be very unhappy and so would her Z. Go to 27s, bump-up the preload to get another inch, get her some good skid plates and reclock the clutch to C1 or B2. Some of this may not apply to the Gen2s but pretty sure most of it will.
