Nothing turned up in search results. Has anyone bought a cover for their Zforce 500 / 800 / 1000 they can recommend?

Depends on how much you want to spend and how and where you want to use it.
Prices range from around $239 and down at carecovers.com and Amazon has them for $33 and up.
If you want to be able to use it while transporting then the price goes up; $340 at Amazon, $404 at Rockey Mountain ATV.

Just for stationary use. I will likely get this one on Amazon for $50.00. One reviewer has a Zforce 800 with custom kid carrier, which looks close to the same dimensions as the Sherpa cargo rack. It makes the cover fit very nicely, minimizes excess material.

That should work fine. Many years ago I bought a generic large cover for my Brute which I kept when I sold it. It will cover the top end of my Z down to the lower doors which is enough to keep all the rain and snow out at the campsite. I think it was around 30 bucks so..nothing wrong with an eco-cover IMO.

Yeah that's NM weather all right. That's pretty normal for the monsoon season. That guy actually lives not that far south of me here in ABQ.

I remember I commented in a youtube video about the two of you maybe going on a ride together someday. It would be really cool to see if a Zforce would fit thru the slot canyon at 20:00 in the video, it would be a fantabulous camp spot past the slot
