Bought a 2015 UForce 800 EX with destroyed spider gears in the front diff. Where is the best place to get one for the best price? So far, all the ones I'm finding are $800.

If the case is OK just get the parts it needs. Otherwise not much option out there. Maybe try ebay or some on-line motorcycle salvage yard

i broke my spider gears in the front.  I bought a used unit for $200. I also put new spiders in mine for about $80 and  rebuilt it. So the used one in it now works, but it vibrates at speed. When it blows i have my rebuilt ready to go but it did have a couple chips taken out of the ring gear.

Unfortunately, it was run after the spider years were removed, so the opinion on the diff housing is trashed!
