Real quick. I've searched the forum and the manuals without luck.

Is the CPS supposed to have an o ring or something to seal it? This project bike I have has nothing and oil leaks a bit. That means water can probably get in.

Yeah..it has ..something..I forget but the manual or the parts list from Alpha-Sports should show it.

I looked on alpha sports. Under left crank case cover it shoes the CPS but not a o ring. Ill look again

The housing has to gave an O-ring cause the distance from the head and trigger has to be precise so a gasket won't do it. Isn't there a grove in the upper housing?

I called the local dealer and he stated it looked like an o ring was at the top part of the CPS. It's just weird that the manual doesn't show it.

Unfortunately you will find lots of shortcomings with these manuals.
