I am in the process of installing a S&B particle seperator on my 2021 Zforce 800 EX and need some info and help. I am going through the wall with pvc pipe and hoping to use a 3 inch or two inch pvc or rubber to connect to the CTV intake. But it will need to be trimmed and not sure if it will connect to one of these? Not much room either. 
Also need to wire it and was wondering what to connect to since it is not made for the Zforce. Hot wire, ground, and switch. I know I will have to install a switch.
I am planning on installing it at the back of the roof as I have seen a pic of what NMK looks to do with his. But I am not using stacks.
Have wrapped the exhaust pipe with pipe heat shield and put some heat shield behind the walls to keep it cooler during the summer.

After doing some research and taking some measurements, I found that the ID of any pipe I used couldn't be any less then 2.5" on the intake and 3" on the CVT. With this in mind I tossed the idea of using PVC or ABS and went with Aluminum turbo and intercooler pipe with silicone 90s and 45s... S&B says their unit for the YXZ will provide more then enough air for both the 800 engine and the CVT so I made my stacks and upper piece all with 3" parts. I did a video showing a lot of it and that I had to "egg" the pipe slightly that goes behind the back plastics. Not sure how you want to rout it but as I recall the CVT intake is at the rear of the cover.


 

Where did you get the Aluminum turbo and intercooler pipe with silicone 90s and 45s? Did they come in a package together? Did you get them from S&B?
I am using 2 in PVC to the wall as you can see for the air intake and then will go to a 2 to 3 inch piece and into a 3 inch tee. I hope to come off the CTV with a 3 inch and go through the wall and then to the tee and then use the three inch that comes with the S&B to the top.
Is going from 2 inch to 3 inch off the air intake going to be a problem?

Most of it I got off ebay. 2" PVC is 2"s on the outside but much less on the inside and as you may recall, the filter base is 2.25 on the 800 but what you might not know is that the air box inlet works out to 2.48" so..2.5". You take the restriction of the 2"PVC which is more like 1.89" ID then add the restriction of the 90s and you will feel it at faster RPMs...the richness might even effect the O2 sensors. Just food for thought. Just measure-up what you need and go to ebay, get what you need as well as the sweeping 90s if you can use then or just regular. And just use regular clamps, not the expensive turbo clamps. All will be much better then PVC...and way lighter too. Just cut it up as needed.  Some examples:

I'm ready to put one on mine but lately just haven't needed any more then the Donaldson TopSpin. Kinda glad I did wait cause I did the cage mod which greatly changed the roof line and profile. Looking forward to your pics.

I finished the adaption of putting in a S&B seperator on my 800. I want to thank NMK for his help and advice. I used the silicone and pipe that he recommended. I went with the Particle Separator for 2024-2025 Polaris RZR XP 1000 because it had the whisper quiet fan. I had to put the seperator just above the back of the roof as I needed the space above to get the rig into my toy hauler. It was a chore adapting the angle but is secure and working well. Still have to hook up the CTV. I am looking forward to getting it out into some good dust and see how it works. Thanks again for the help.
