My exhaust setup

So after some searching on the interwebs i couldnt find a exhaust for my 800 trail.. so being the D.I.Yer i am i made my own..
Single in , dual out magnaflow, polished stainless 2 inch 90s, local exhaust shop bent some pipe for me and bam.. great sounding exhaust for 55 bucks.. i haf the muffler already.

Next ill be intalling my bandit springs, 2 inch bracket lift, sway bar extensions, and clutch work

looks good, how is the noise compared to stock? and are you running any kind of spark arrester? around here its a no go without spark arrestor

Its definitly louder, has a nice grumble as well, no spark arrestor as i ride private land and only a few mud parks. I have noticed a slight decrease in driver compartment heat

Nice looking setup.  I want to do something similar with a KTM dirt bike silencer.  Are you running any programmer/tuning for this exhaust?  The reason I ask is I have read they may run lean without a programmer with any exhaust mods.  May be a good idea to check your plugs for signs of leanness if you are not running a programmer.

Looks good man, I really like the dual out look. Definitely interested in hearing an answer the lean mixture question. I'm a DIYer too and want to build a bunch of new stuff but don't have much interest in spending a bunch of money on performance tuners. At least for now. I also don't want my machine to be very loud. Got my Harley for all that and the wife already whines about it lol.
2020 zforce 800 trail, uni air filter w/filterwear prefilter sock, intake relocation mod w/ SYA snorkel guard, Super atv flip windshield, rear window, and door lowers, ricochet skids, bandit springs, custom made 2" lift,1" wheel spacers, custom 2" seat lift, sway bar delete, gas pedal mod, KFI 66” snow plow, synthetic winch cable, front and rear light bars, portable harbor freight winch modified to work with battery tender adaptor for auxiliary use.
