Where's the oil pressure port? I'd have to get a gauge but they are pretty cheap and I wouldn't mind knowing what is really going on.
It's on the fan side between the cylinders.

The item in question is numbered 28 (bottom right), in the second picture just above the bottom of the case you can see the channel and 3 bolt holes where the cover fits.
It looks like i can check to see if the cover is missing by removing the wet clutch cases.

Looks like the photos didn't make it. Photobucket doesn't free host anymore.
I've started using imgur, simpler to use than Photobucket was, and free.

Hi, I have take my oil pressure this morning and here is my results.

Idle COLD 1250 rpm. 45 psi
Idle HOT 1250 rpm 25 psi
Run HOT 2000 rpm 45 psi
Run HOT 3000 rpm 60 psi
Run HOT 4500 rpm 65 psi
Run HOT 6000 rpm 68 psi

The pressure is very stable with little to no variation (max 5 psi of needle move at 6000 rpm)
When I say HOT, it’s 5 bar on the gauge (I have put the fan at off to make sure I take the pressure at the highest temps.) when the sensor are removed, no flashing light ???
My oil is Rotella T6 5w40 with 1000 km on it. 5800km on my ZForce.

Thanks

I know, it’s just to compare the results with your Results. If someone have others number it will be interesting.

What I find strange is the sensor. No flashing light when I unplug it ??

I believe when the pressure is low enough the switch closes so the lead is grounded. Just unplugged it's not grounded.

Had my Zforce 800 (2015) into the dealer a few weeks ago as the low oil pressure light would flash intermittently at idle on a cold start-up (every 10 to 20 seconds for the first three minutes). It has done this since new. Once at operating temperature it would stop. The oil pressure was measured by the dealer with readings similar to HRC630 results. Oil pressure sensor was replaced and no further problems.

The machine had 5000 km (3100 miles) on it when tested.

Cold idle -45 psi

Hot idle - 35 psi

6000 rpm hot - 68 - 70 psi
