So while driving the machine/s, we found that there's a lot of heat coming as blown air form somewhere under or in the console in between the seats, anyone know what the deal is with this? Nice in cooler temperatures, for sure, would be glad to get rid of it in the summer, too, so any ideas?

Well, if you remove that grill, you will see that the engine is right there as well as the front exhaust. Needs blocked but you can't because the air intake is right there. Once you relocate it from there you can seal it off and stop all that hot air, noise and fumes from getting in that cab...and the engine will enjoy cooler air intake which makes more power. I have some How Tos that might give you some ideas.

So I know the air intake is between the seats, but you're saying that I can block it off, AND it's quieter too....is this already posted somewhere on the site?

Yeah look in the how tos. There is two topics on it. The oldest is when I ported it to the outside with a grill, then I modified it and put a second air filter on it. Either way after getting air from somewhere other then right behind that grill, you can seal it off. I just used some peal-n-stick sound deadener/heat shield. But nothing says you have to do it like I did...just makes it so it gets air from the outside somewhere.
