Hey guys new to the site but wanted to give an update on a machine that has 2000 miles on it. Purchased in May, but have rode the crap out of it, nothing rough other than some good old Kentucky trail riding. Kept air filter clean, changed oil three times already, and greased every other ride. Diff oils changed and all looked good. I was a very happy with my purchase. This weekend at the end of my ride I was almost home running about 50mph. All the sudden the engine started knocking. I shut off immediately and towed home. Checked my overhead (valve adjustments, chains, rockers ect.). No problems. Still under warranty so taking to dealer in Tennessee near Brimestone ATV Park. I purchased from dealer in Louisville KY but they suck. Wish me luck guys hope it's not a rod knocking at 2000 miles!!!

Good luck man. Maybe it's just a clutch coming loose or having a problem.

I wish I could put that many miles on mine. That would mean I had more fun. Warnanty should cover the repair. Not much fun when the shop has your new machine.

Check for loose air intake connections. Thats what happened to ours a 620 miles. Ended up taking the whole top end out.

Are you taking it to Goad's Motorsports? That's where I bought mine. It's in Huntsville Tn. very close to Brimstone. It's a long way from Louisville.

Well I live in Hazard, KY so just as close. Sure wished that is where I had bought mine. Took it down yesterday and they were very nice and professional. Don't know anything yet until they check it out.

Goad's is about 20 minutes from my house. Vance, the owner, is an old school buddy of my brother-in-law. My wife says he's very trust worthy. They treated us real good when we bought ours.
