Has anyone worked out the on road mpg of the 800 ?

Not so much on-road only for me but with mild trail and forest service road-running mine before any mods or additions got about 26mpg. After the 27" tires, clutch re-tune to B2 and 22 gram weights plus the 94lbs of extra weight and the wind resistance of the windshield it's down to about 18-21mpg. Running in 6-10"s snow takes that down to closer to 10mpg. Two things that picked it up a little after the mods were the leaning effect the larger intake had and the more open exhaust after the end mod. But.. last summer I re-installed the stock muffler spark arrester and modified the end to accept the 2" adapter tube so I could still run the silencer. That brought the back pressure back up and it did loose some top end..but it re-gained the low end it lost when I did the mod so....that's OK cause I rarely even need speed or top end performance.

How's that engine liking that oil pressure? Ever find out what was causing the restriction?
