I just put my hands on 2015 Zforce 800 EX and curious about the engine temp

engine temp play between 3-4 bars, but most of the time it stays on 4 and when going to high speed it goes down to 3.
this under outside hot temp
I cleaned the RAD and checked coolnet level

is this normal behavoer?

Normally the temp gauge reads on the 3-bars and the fan cycling keeps it within that third bar. In hot conditions or under heavier loads they are known to peak into that forth bar but come back down right away. One that tends to run a bar higher all the time yet operates normally and the fan cycles normally tend to have a problem with the temp sensor or a problem with the actual temp gauge in calibration. I would say change the temp sensor..not the fan switch and see if it goes down. Otherwise it may just be hotter over there then elsewhere.

How did you clean your radiator?

There are products that get all the crap out that the garden hose never touches.

I just dropped my trail 800 off at the dealer to check a heat issue.  I run at 6 bars, sometimes 7 and the fan never shuts down.  I think bouncing between 3 and 4 is where you want to be.

Please update.

Tomorrow I'm going to bleed air from the system , I hope this is the problem.

Update: so today I bleeded air from the system but still no change.
When it's idle it stays at 3 bars when driving hard it goes to 4 bars.

Any other idea what else to check ?
Do I really have a problem?

p.s - it's 30c degrees outside

May not be a problem. Consistency with Chinese-made components is a rarity. If it starts going over 4 bars..better check flow rate.

Got the 800 back the other day.  They didn't find anything wrong with the cooling system.  It is running now between 3 and 4 bars as I let is idle for a while. Fan comes on at 4, it cools down to 3 and fan shuts off. I haven't had a chance to ride it yet, but prior it was running at 5 and 6 bars just sitting in the yard idling, sometimes up to 7 bars and fan never stopped.  It was fine the day before I dropped it off, but I figured I had the appointment already, so might as well have them look at it and now at least it is documented in case an issue later.  It was covered by warranty with no charge.  Great dealer. They even aligned the front end for free.   Maybe the air got worked out of the system or I may have an intermittent thermostat issue.  I'll keep an eye on it and see if it stays at the 3 /4 bars it should run at.
