Hey guys, I've installed a two Brothers Exhaust on my ZX and the muffler rattles pretty bad, have any of you have had that happen to yours ? I know it's the muffler as I traced it down to that, it's a new system with less than 50 miles?....

its NOT the muffler. Its the springs rattling against the heat shield. You have to bend out AND in around where the muffler connects to the Y-pipe. Be careful, if you bend it out to much with out rolling it back in, the heat shield will rub on the plastic valve cover and put a hole in it.

Can confirm the spring being the source of the issue as well.  When put the Two Brothers on mine I had the same issue and it took me forever to figure out what was causing it.

Thanks guys, we just got back from a long two day ride and it was sooooo annoying.
But the ZX performed great, not a single problem, this is a great machine, lots of peeps asking about it. I'll check on the springs, again thanks.
