In the Manual service book its say's that it have to be between the Upper to Lower in one of them is okay but the other one isn't maybe you know the reason ? ( im not sure but i think that its because of the brake pads maybe they are dead am i right ? )

2. i want to remove the rear and front wheels first the front then the rear.
Can you sent here a picture and show where exactly i need to put the jack up ? it will help alot

Thanks guys hope you will help me :)

The levels go down because on two reasons: 1- as the pads wear the calipers extent taking fluid from the reservoir (RES). Or 2- there is a leak in the system somewhere. Interestingly enough its your rear RES. that is low and also I see fluid leaking down from the rear line connection onto the mater cylinder. Probably just tighten it and refill the RES. Or maybe that's just some that dropped-off of the front RES from checking it...it does look wet. Anyway I would look for a leak somewhere first. Start at the calipers.

As for jacking all four wheels off the ground, you either have to have a lift to support it or a minimum of three support points. And because the rear is the heaviest, I would put the two on the rear by jacking it up in the center just behind the hitch so the wheels are off the ground, then placing "jack stands" on either side under the frame rails as close to the a-frames ap possible. Then remove the center jack and go to the front. Jack it up from the center skid between the a-arms no more then what it takes to get the tires off the ground.

When installing the new pads you will be retracting the calipers which will push fluid back to the master. If still low after installation just unscrew the top, remove the guard and fill to the top line.

On setting the jack stands, just place them on the frame near the lower a-arm mounts...anywhere in there on either side is fine. Just not on the a-arms themselves.

Yeah..that's fine. Better to have jack stands but that works too. I thought we were talking about jacking all fours up and setting the two on the rear not the front but...that works too. If just one end just do it in the center. Also when you see pads that wear one more then the other it usually means the slides are seized..but its usually the piston side that wears first...not the outer side. But they are not relieving so check those. I still have to do my fronts but both my rears s were seized.

After seeing yours I decided to go a head and start my fronts. Did the rears a few weeks ago. Only did the right side but found one of the two slides was seized. Not surprised.  Took penetrant, heat from a propane touch ...and again- some choice words to get it out. Cleaned it up, repolished the pin, greased it with marine grease and reassembled. Backed it out of the shop and ran it around the yard. That wheel...and the others I did.. now stops and lI can lock them almost like it should..and even with only three of them done I have brakes like never before. Still less then my friend's RZR but now even better. Mine has never had good brakes. Now for the last wheel. So far all of them have had one if not both slides completely seized and with the last one the only one not locking-up when I hit the brakes hard, I can assume it too had at least one seized..man it will be nice to have good brake. As it was, the wife could not stop it so now maybe she can. :)

I believe on the master cylinder the front RES is for the front brake and the rear..is for the rear brakes. There are no side to side. That's why you better also look at the rear because that's the one that looks low in the picture.

I was puzzling over that in the photo, but I also see that the piston side pad is worn in an irregular way and almost if not actually touching its backing plate to the disk. If it were wearing square that pad might show equal wear to the outside pad.

I see that the front slides are somewhat offset so if one is very seized it may cock the caliper in an angle. On mine the two that don't have a outer rubber boot were the ones seized but these pads haven't been on long enough to wear like that. Caught them in time I guess.

There are videos on the basics of bleeding the systems. Also yours showed signs of seized slides and if you did nothing about that, that is another reason for poor braking. These have poor braking in the best of conditions so..
