How I can change from MPH to Km

Hi,
By mistake I changed the reading on the instrument cluster from Km to MPH,
Appreciate a guidelines how to set it back.

Also I did a 3000 Oil + Filter replacement - how I can shut the Blinking of the Oil icon,

To switch between metric and imperial units, press the "set" button once but your display has to be indicating odometer mode. If in RPM or anything else it may not work.
