My primary look like new and the stock roller have absolutly no wear.
The belt look brand new.
I hope my trouble is not my wet clutch ...

Oh boy..here we go again. Several of us including me have had trouble with the secondary. The primary was easy. Seems the nut on the secondary had fused by rust to the steel hub of the secondary clutch. No sign of it on the outside to see..looks like new. It took heat, penetrating oil over night and a 1000ftlb air impact to get mine off. These are only torqued to 80ftlbs but once seized, they are a bitch. Once off, clean up and use a bit of anti-size or grease. No more issues. Also remember they are both right hand threaded so counter-clockwise loosens them.

Here's the stuff I had to either make or buy to get mine off..not included are the two broken breaker bars or my other air impacts.:

Since i am a sea Level here, to you think the C1 setting would be better or you would stick with the B2 ?

I will probably try the B2 and if the shift is to high, i Will try the C1. I want to Go ta least 65 on top speed

Oh I got about 68 with B2 and 22G rollers with 26" tires and I am at 5400 feet. It was just overkill with the 22s. Fun though!! :)  I still get 66 or so with the 27s and the C1 with the 22s. I need to check the GPS MPH though cause the z's is off now with the 27s

I had to crank mine up to 150 with the Drill Hogg...but it got it. Make a good spanner..you'll need it.

Ok, i will retry it tomorrow with my other Compressor at 150 psi.

But i dont understant... With the new belt and stock setting, my top speed is only 68 mph gps
I have only recovery 6 Mph.
When my bike was new, my top speed was 75 mph (Speedo)
My Speedo and gps read exactly the same.
Is it possible that my Speedo was off when the bike was new and now accurate??!!!!
