I don't know about aftermarket but after trying the 800 EX fenders on my trail and deciding they looked too goofy, I built my own from sheet ABS. I will also say that if the day ever comes when I need to replace them, I will be buying a set of flares from a 2014/2015 Z6 sport, not the EX. They look like this. This is the Sport, not the EX 600:

2015 Z Force 800 53/Trail EPS
Custom Air Intakes | Custom Exhaust Mod | SuperATV Harness | Custom Fenders | Custom Skid/Rock Sliders | 27" GBC Grim Reapers | Seizmik Mirrors |Конструктор Doors | Dr Pulley Sliders | 1.5" Wheel Spacers | BENZ Silencer (as needed) | SATV Flip Windshield W\ Rear Shield | Dual Light Bars | Diamond Plate Storage |7- 9.7" GPS Systems | Bandit Springs Rear & Gen-3 Shocks Front | Cage Chop Mod

I went with the factory ex fenders, easy to install, but yes look a little funny on narrow wheel base, but do the job

Good luck with yours. I also was getting my EX fenders caught on stuff..especially going in and out of the truck bed. I did keep the rear wings when I did my home-made flares as they really did catch a lot of the sling-off from the tires. When I first made them I didn't yet have my wheel spacers so now they stick out a hair but..they work OK for now. Some pics.

Good idea! A little pricey at $100(Lh) & $120(Rh).

They seem to be out of stock.

Lol..should have seen what I paid for the EX set...then cut them up and tossed them in the trash. Well, I guess it's good that these home-mades are hanging in there if we can't get the others.

with the nerf bars the fenders match up both 58 inches wide, I really don't have problem loading in and out of my truck , could be because of its age and a real full size bed. 96 F350

I appreciate the ideas so far , pnw zforce are those direct bolt on for a 21' and if so what year did you order - $500 for the set though with the extensions...and I do a lot of 50" trail riding I'd be afraid of ripping them off also  , NMKawierider where and what is the material you used to make yours and how did you affix them ?

Its 1/8" ABS sheet. I custom ordered 4-48"x8" pieces to start with. There is a write-up...and video.. in the How-To section on how I did it. I just used the push-pins to mount them.

they are direct fit, my machine is 2021, I ordered thru my dealer, rears only, $254. if I have to remove them its no big deal only have to remove push pins, but with my nerf bars I'm 58 wide anyhow. They do a great job keeping mud off the rig, and that is what I wanted.
